All orders placed with Seraphic Beauty Bar are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been received. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods. Seraphic Beauty Bar is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Seraphic Beauty Bar is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or delivered incorrectly due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.
Seraphic Beauty Bar is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
